Well, well, well. It seems that long-time GOP senator Arlen Spector is jumping ship from the Confederate. States Party. I would have to say that he's seen the writing on the wall and determined that the GOP philosophy is so out of whack, so bad for not just the country, but the future of the nation and for the entire planet for that matter. GOP policies of hands off government has so wrecked the US that it's doubtful we'll see the country mean anything until after Obama leaves in his second term. The way I see it, as I've said before, Dubya Bush was The Nero of the American Empire. He presided over the burning and looting of the country - with such a cavalier attitude that it was stunning. We're seeing how his lawyer criminals twisted and perverted the laws to allow torture and other disregards of humanity

What this does though, is give the Democrats the votes they need to punk the GOP/WBN/Condederates!
