Even Weed Sales Couldn't Help

So the California Budget deficit is $21 billion?!??!? The economy nose-dived that fucking fast and that holy-shit steep that the State's Taxes (sales tax a 9.75%) and Fuck-you Fees can't generate the revenue required to say have the police crack down on weed smuggling? Or for kids to go to summer school?

I would now is the time to get the fuck out of California!

Since States are unable to operate with a deficit, it means that a GOD DAMN HUGE SUM of Money must be borrowed, which isn't really possible these days, or Gov. Schwarzenegger will just have to BREAK THE LAW!

It's no secret that Schwareneggar sliced the Car Tax when he first came into office, and that alone counts for maybe $17 billion of lost revenue over the past 6 years, and the biggest problem is that California is not an overtaxed state for the wealthy top 10%. those muthafuckas pay some unGodly low 7% in taxes... and I'm sure the milk the Cali system to generate most of their money.

The problem is that Schwareneggar came into power during the I Can't Wait To Stripmine, Ass-Rape and All Around Shit On The Public George W. Bush Years. It's underscored every new day that under the Reign of Dubya America shit on itself and refused to clean itself up. The Empire collapsed so damn hard that one wonders how the ripples will continue to affect the planet with shock waves. Every single state politician who has a deficit now to face needs to be horsewhip and pilloried for the public to piss on. After all those years of excess, no one thought to save money?

Oh, I forget everyone was out for themselves to rape, rob and pillage at the expense of everyone else. You're guilty too, don't deny it!?!? The problem with low income tax rates is, by raising them in a state that just beckons for new people (legal and illegal) every day, the high rates wouldn't deter economic growth for shit. It may now that the citizens are resting their heels with no jobs available, but in the boom times only the cranky will really fucking complain.

There's no hope for California, it implodes over the next two years, and then in 2012 there's going to be a massive earthquake that will tear the State a new ass, because there will be no funds for clean-up and rebuilding...

I guess Assembly Bill 390 can't get passed soon enough, even though that new tax on decriminalized marijuana won't hardly do a thing to save the budget shortfall. The problem with massive program cuts - that are being proposed - the first things to go are things that effect future quality of life... namely schools and other shit for the neighborhoods. We'll it in 5 to 8 years, when weed is ubiquitous as candy bars and the under 25 crowd is under-educated and high as fuck 'cause they can't get a job in a state that is over-run with problems.

Modern Day Racketeer

Do you know who this is? Well, let me tell you if you don't; it's John G. Stump the Chief Executive Officer of Wells Fargo Bank. Yes, one of the perpetrators of the financial mortgage mess that we're in.

He needs to be strung up! Don't think I'm being crazy, these people need to have criminal charges brought against

Also, Wells Fargo has a pernicious means of squeezing every fucking drop of extra spare cash that you might have when you choose to have a checking account with them, and are living paycheck to paycheck -- as far too many fucking people have been doing for at least the last 18 months, if not longer. Wells Fargo has this damning policy called Continuous Overdraft Charge, which is a $5.00 charge for every other day that your account remains in the negative.

How did your account go negative? If you're really fiscally responsible you can STILL BE FUCKED IN THE MOUTH AND ASS AT THE SAME TIME because the bank decides when to deduct money from your account, such that they can send you into a deeper overdraft if you have a check for $15.00 (say for your gas bill) and a debit card purchase for $178.87 for groceries one business day later. At this time you only have 193.85, now instead of rejecting the debit card purchase while you're in line (yeah, that's too bad and perhaps embarrassing)... Wells Fargo EXTENDS YOU UNASKED FOR CREDIT for the two cents that you are short, and charges your $35 for it!!!

What they're essentially doing is charging your interest on a loan that they are giving you, if you happen to go into the Red, because you might have been two or three cents short of a debit card transaction. And they're charging you an outrageously high rate.

If you think this is bullshit, go ahead and tell John Stumpf. He can be reached at john.g.stumpf@wellsfargo.com or at the 420 Broadway Office is San Francisco.

Also, contact your congressman and senator, because all this rape-by-bank has to stop, and stop now! It's not just credit cards that need to be squeezed!
